We may reverse global warming, reduce world hunger and all be happier and healthier if we build inclusive communities around farming and treat the soil as our most precious resource. 

I imagine a world where the number of cows on this planet is not determined by our appetite for meat, but by the amount of grass and clover available to us in this wonderful symbiosis.

I wish for a world where every farmer composts the manure of his cows, giving us all the organic fertiliser we need to grow grains and vegetables for humans without needing any chemical fertilisers.
